Supervision details
I am offering experiential focusing as a way of supporting you and your work with your clients.
I do not have supervision training, but I have been working in private practice for 8 years. I am a qualified Focusing Practitioner and trainee teacher with the British Focusing Association.
Focusing is a way of getting to the heart of what is troubling you or what you'd like to be different. It can be a really good way of finding out what's going on when you are affected by your client work - whether that is a particular client, or the stress of working with people's distress. Or you might be considering a change - in how you work, you want to give up something that's no longer working for you, or you'd like to go in a new, but perhaps scary, direction.
You also might want to try focusing for your own wellbeing, not necessarily related to client work. Giving some time and space to yourself as an act of self-care.
You can work with me on an ongoing basis, but you can also come for a focusing session as and when you need it.
All is welcome :)
Currently I am offering this at a lower cost rate of £40 per 60 minutes (online).
Do get in touch if you'd like to explore this further with me.
