Supervision details
CLINICAL SUPERVISION I have extensive experience in supervising individual clinicians as well as groups. I provide supervision to Counsellors, Psychologists, CBT Therapist, as well as Allied Professions working with complex clients, such as specialist Health Visitors team, and HIV teams. I have been training in providing CBT Supervision by the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. I also completed the Supervisor training course at Salomons, Canterbury Christ Church University.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
