Supervision details
As part of her NHS management role, Dr Hormoz is practised in delivering clinical supervision to others. She has undertaking various supervisor trainings and has been delivering clinical supervision to others within the NHS since 2012. Dr Hormoz has been a guest lecturer for University College London (UCL) since 2016 and offers clinical supervision for trainee clinical and counselling psychologist at a number of London universities.
Dr Hormoz is listed on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She has also undertaken the 5 day CBT supervisor training with Royal Holloway University, among other supervisor training courses. She is a qualified CAT and CBT therapist and able to offer supervision of the models she practices. She is also able to offer specific supervision to those wishing to pursue a career in psychology via the independent route.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
