Supervision details
I offer supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors, therapists and CBT therapists. I currently offer supervision within my private practice as well as on the NHS (Six Degrees Social Enterprise) http://six-degrees.org.uk/ I have previously worked as a supervisor for The Greater Manchester West Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Training Centre (formerly Salford Cognitive Therapy Training Centre) http://www.gmw.nhs.uk/gmwcbt Supervision is a structured process of regular professional support that aims to promote continuous personal and professional development through discussion and reflection.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
