Working with people is relational, it brings interpersonal challenges, vulnerabilities, shared experience, intersubjective processes, all of which enrich the supervisory experience and enables growth.

I work in a non-judgemental and supportive way, giving you the protected space to explore your work.  I see supervision as a holistic process, where we explore all influencing factors on your client work, your processes, where you are in your learning and development and what you need to support your growth.

We co-create the space between us, and through a collaborative working alliance, I aim for the supervisory process to be a transformative experience.

Supervision sessions can be upto 90 minutes in duration and held in person or via telephone or online platforms.
