I am a qualified and experienced supervisor providing clinical supervision to individuals and small groups, including to counselling students in training and to practitioners working within organisations and in private practice.
I offer a safe space to focus on the multiple aspects of supervision. My aim is to provide a supportive environment, where practitioners can explore and structure their professional and personal development, giving the time to discuss client work and relevant concerns confidentially.
I take an accessible approach to supervision, and when required, I am able to follow mysupervisees prefered model, which is afforded from my multifaceted theoretical background.
I adhere to the code of ethics of my professional bodies that I am a member of, and request that the supervisees do likewise.
