Supervision details
I am an accredited BACP psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 16 years’ experience. I offer supervision to trainee counsellors, therapists, psychotherapists and professionals in helping roles, both in person and online.
Creating a safe, trusting supervision relationship is at the heart of my work. I aim to offer a space where you can slow down, think openly, and bring the parts of the work that feel uncertain, complex, or emotionally demanding. I see supervision as a shared process, one that supports your professional growth while also caring for you as a practitioner. Alongside reflecting on challenges, I believe it’s equally important to notice progress, celebrate successes, and make space for the sparking moments.
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred, systemic, and CBT-informed practice. I work in a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed way, and I’m mindful of how identity, context, and lived experience has the potential to influence both therapy and supervision. I adapt to your individual style and needs, keeping the relationship central to the work we do together.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, complex mental health diagnoses, trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, childhood abuse and neglect, PTSD, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and relationship difficulties. This experience informs how I support practitioners working with complexity, risk, and the emotional impact of therapeutic work.
I balance warmth with gentle challenge, helping you develop confidence, ethical clarity, and trust in your clinical voice. I welcome both trainees and experienced therapists and value the individuality each practitioner brings.
My hope is that supervision with me feels grounded, thoughtful, and human. Providing a space where reflection, celebration, learning, and growth can happen at a pace that feels sustainable and authentic to you.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
