I am a fully qualified supervisor with substantial experience of supervision across a number of different settings .  I hold a BPS approved qualification in clinical supervision.

I currently run a busy private practice.  Previously I have worked for a number of voluntary agencies as a psychotherapist working with people who abuse substances and problem gamblers.  I have also worked for the NHS as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

I have much experience of work with individuals, groups and relationship counselling.   As a supervisee I have worked with a number of different styles and modes of practice and undertaken extensive peer and clinical supervision. This has given me a good understanding of the supervision process.

I am  an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, a full member of the British Psychological Society and a fully qualified life coach.  I see supervision as a process of facilitation, support and accountability and I am very keen to promote good practice through education, empathy and pragmatism.  If this interests you please do get in touch.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
