Supervision details
My approach is integrative and humanistic, informed by person-centred therapy, and I aim to provide a supportive, reflective and professionally nurturing space where supervisees can explore their practice openly.
My style is gentle and supportive while also providing clear guidance and direction when needed. I offer thoughtful challenge where appropriate, helping supervisees to reflect more deeply on their work and continue developing their clinical confidence and understanding. I support supervisees in connecting their practice with relevant theory when necessary, helping to deepen understanding and develop confidence in their professional identity.
I draw on the Integrative Developmental Model (IDM) to support supervisees at different stages of their professional development, alongside the Seven-Eyes model of supervision, which encourages reflection on the client, the therapist, the therapeutic relationship, and the wider context of the work.
My aim is to support supervisees in strengthening their clinical practice, developing confidence, and continuing their professional growth within a safe and collaborative supervisory relationship.
