About me

Hello I'm Zoe, I have been practicing as a counsellor in Greater Manchester for over 5 years. I work in both private practice and within the NHS helping people with a range of issues from anxiety and depression to trauma, bereavement and self-esteem issues.

I am a person centred counsellor, but I sometimes integrate some influences of other therapeutic models, such as CBT and expressive therapies depending on the clients needs.

I offer a confidential friendly non-judgemental environment where people can relax and explore their issues allowing them to gain a better understanding of who they are and why they react the way that they do.

I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is a good therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and client. With this, empathy and understanding clients are able to really engage with therapy and make positive changes in their lives.
