About me
Life is fast paced and can be stressful, many of us experience difficulties in which we may need help with, and by reading this you have taken that first step.
I like to work with people to overcome their difficulties and to start living life to the full again, focussing on well-being.
I have over 10 years experience providing CBT and other forms of therapy to both children and adults, in individual and group settings.
I have worked with EAP programmes, organisations, Psychiatrists, Solicitors, in education and with social services.
I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist and qualified clinical supervisor

Member organisations
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have currently just completed my training in Consultative supervision at the University of South Wales. I am qualified to work with Therapists who work with both adults and children. I also offer Group supervision.

My standard fee is £65 per 55-minute session for individuals.
Fees are payable either in advance or at the session. Payment is accepted by cash or cheque or PayPal (but not by credit or debit card - sorry).
