About me

I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor using the Integrative approach to Counselling.  I have experience with Psychodynamic, Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Critical Behaviour Therapy (CBT) models.  As everyone is unique, I believe that therapy should be too, so I will use an approach which best suits the issues that individuals present in the therapy room.

I have immense experience working with bereavement and loss, having volunteered for an Adult Bereavement Charity and have had clients with a variety of related issues such as anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, lack of motivation, low mood, self-esteem and alcohol/drug dependency.

I will provide a non-judgemental, empathetic and caring environment where you can share your issues, concerns and struggles and where you feel listened to and have an opportunity to be yourself. I will work with you to unravel those unwanted thoughts and feelings and that can trigger unwanted and negative behaviours and work with you to bring about the change you desire.

I am also an accredited Hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

NOTE: As a result of the current Pandemic Restrictions I have been trained to work online and via Phone.
