About me
Helping Men Break Free from Overthinking, Anxiety & Relationship Stress
You replay conversations, second-guess yourself, and feel like you can’t get it right—especially in your relationships. Your partner says you don’t listen, but you’re trying. You’re exhausted from overthinking, walking on eggshells, or stuck in constant arguments. Even when you avoid arguments, things still feel tense. Left unchecked, stress can spiral into anxiety, low mood, or even depression. If couples therapy feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. Many men prefer to work on their part first—without sitting in a room talking about feelings for hours.
I help men reduce stress and anxiety, and to feel more in control—without years of therapy. If you have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), I understand how it affects relationships and focus. My approach is practical and straightforward, helping you improve communication, feel calmer, and stop second-guessing yourself. Most men notice a shift in a few sessions.
You don’t have to struggle alone. With the right support, you can regain a sense of control, strengthen your relationships, and ease the stress & anxiety that’s been weighing you down. My approach is supportive and direct, helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you. If you're ready to feel better, let’s talk.

Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
