About me
I Help Men Break Free from Retroactive Jealousy, Overthinking & Relationship Anxiety
You can't stop thinking about your partner's past. The comparisons, the mental images, the "what ifs", they circle back no matter how hard you try to push them away. You know it's damaging your relationship, but you can't switch it off. That's retroactive jealousy, and it's more common than you think.
Maybe you're also exhausted from overthinking every conversation, walking on eggshells, or feeling like you can't get it right however hard you try. Your partner says you don't listen, but you are trying. You're just stuck in your own head.
Left unchecked, this kind of stress builds. Anxiety, low mood, tension that never quite lifts. But if the idea of couples therapy feels like too much, you're not alone. Most of the men I work with prefer to tackle their part first, without sitting in a room talking about feelings for hours.
I have worked with many men suffering with RJ and my approach is practical and direct. No jargon, no endless digging into your childhood. Just clear strategies that help you quiet the noise, get out of your head, and start relating to your partner differently. Most men notice a real shift within a few sessions.
If you have ADHD, diagnosed or suspected, I understand how it fuels retroactive jealousy and makes it harder to break obsessive thought cycles. I factor that into how we work together.
My sessions are online, so wherever you are in the UK or beyond, you can get support that fits around your life.
You don't have to keep struggling with this. With the right support, you can quiet the thoughts, rebuild your confidence, and feel like yourself again.
