About me
I'm an HCPC registered, NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist, currently providing 1:1 therapy in Milton Keynes and online. I have 20 years of experience working across the NHS, third sector, humanitarian organisations, and independent practice.
My aim is to offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological support to individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges, from mental health concerns to personal development.
Whether you’re seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, my aim is to empower you to understand yourself better and find sustainable solutions.
I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped to take the next steps toward healing and growth.
I’m committed to helping you not only address immediate concerns but also build lasting resilience and emotional well-being.
Having lived and worked in various countries, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. This global experience has cultivated a sense of cultural humility and strengthened my ability to engage effectively across cultural boundaries.
In addition to my independent practice, I also work as an associate with Al-Razi Medical Centre in Baghdad, offering online consultations.
Training, qualifications & experience
My HCPC registration number is PYL 27556. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology (DClinPsy), a masters in applied psychology (MSc) and a bachelor's degree in psychology (BSc).
