About me

We do not always choose the circumstances we face, but we can explore how we respond, what support we need and what we want to change. I believe people have the capacity to grow, even when familiar patterns feel difficult to shift. Therapy offers space to understand those patterns and develop new ways forward, at your own pace.
I work with anxiety, depression and difficulties in relationships, drawing on CBT and DBT skills. Together, we can explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions and actions, develop ways to manage difficult feelings, and understand patterns around trust, closeness and boundaries.
As an immigrant, I bring a personal awareness of navigating change, cultural expectations and questions of belonging. Every person’s experience is different, and I am interested in understanding what your background, relationships and identity mean to you.
You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to seek therapy. You may want to understand yourself better, strengthen your relationships, prepare for a life transition or build skills to support your wellbeing. These are all valid reasons to begin.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
