About me
Are you struggling in your relationships, with dating, or repeating the same patterns with different partners?
You might find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious in relationships, or wondering why you keep ending up in situations that leave you feeling hurt, rejected, or not quite good enough.
Clients often come to me feeling confused about their relationships and wanting to understand why the same patterns keep repeating.
I offer individual counselling (not couples therapy) for people who want to better understand their relationship patterns and create healthier, more secure connections. Whether you are dating, in a relationship, or going through a breakup, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and begin to move forward.
Many of the people I work with feel confident in other areas of life, but find relationships more challenging. You may recognise yourself in some of the following:
• Repeating the same relationship patterns
• Dating anxiety or overthinking in relationships
• Fear of rejection or abandonment
• Losing confidence or a sense of yourself when you’re with someone
• Difficulty setting boundaries
• Feeling stuck after a breakup
Having a judgement free space just for you to be heard and understood, allows you to explore what feels difficult in your world and is an important part of understanding yourself better. With more self-awareness we can bring positive changes into our world, find acceptance and a sense of calm.
Together, we explore the underlying patterns in your relationships, including attachment and past experiences, and work towards helping you feel more confident, secure, and able to make different choices.
I believe in working collaboratively and at your pace, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am an experienced psychotherapist offering individual counselling tailored to your needs. I offer both short-term focused therapy and longer-term, open-ended work.
I offer online and in-person counselling in Tunbridge Wells, as well as online sessions across the UK.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
