About me
Psychotherapy & counselling in Kings Cross and Finchley Central.
As a BACP registered Integrative Therapist and Counsellor I specialise in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring that therapy is personalised and effective.
I believe that every person is unique, and my work is rooted in empathy, trust, and a commitment to providing a safe, welcoming space. In our sessions, you will have the freedom to express yourself openly, without judgment, and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, or low self-esteem, I am here to listen, support, and guide you. My aim is to encourage a collaborative relationship built on mutual trust, where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we will work towards building resilience, awareness and change.
I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapeutic care. I understand that each individual’s background and experiences are different, and I am committed to adapt my approach to meet your specific needs. My goal is to empower you with the tools you need to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey towards self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Life is a unique journey filled with opportunities for transformation, and together, we can unlock your inner strength.
Remember, you don't have to face your struggles alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous step toward healing and growth. Together, we can navigate challenges and unlock the potential within you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a qualified integrative therapist (MBACP) trained at the Counselling and Psychotherapy training academy. My integrative approach means I combine psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and person centred approaches, I help you explore the root causes of your struggles and equip you with tools to move forward.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, domestic violence, self esteem issues and relationship challenges.
I bring extensive experience from my time at Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy centre, where I worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, and at London Young counselling where I supported adolescents aged 11-16 in a school setting.
These experiences have shaped my deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and the unique challenges faced by young people and adults.
Drawing on my multicultural background and deep understanding of life’s challenges, I help clients from diverse walks of life, feel seen, heard, where you can process difficult emotions, rebuild your sense of self and develop the inner strength to thrive.
I believe that the foundation of effective counselling lies in the strength of the therapeutic relationship, built on trust, empathy, and active listening. Witnessing your transformation and growth is something I find deeply rewarding, and I am dedicated to making a positive difference in your well-being.
Therapy is a powerful tool for gaining self-awareness and empowering you to live the life you desire. Our sessions, will focus on helping you uncover insights, identify patterns and develop strategies to break through barriers.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or seeking greater self-understanding, you don’t have to suffer alone, I'm here to walk this journey with you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and I provide time-limited and open-ended counselling services to accommodate your needs.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
