About me
The relationship you will have with your therapist is the most important thing when it comes to working through troubles successfully. Whether you are currently looking for yourself or your child - getting a 'feel' for whether I am the right therapist for you/them without worrying about the expense is crucial- therefore I invite you to get in touch for a free phone/video consultation to enable us to get to know each other. I am warm, caring and non-judgmental- I care deeply for my clients who bring a vast range of challenges. I work with individuals who experience different types of challenges. This involves anxiety and depression, grief, stress and panic or difficult relationship dynamics with family members, work colleagues, friends or intimate partners, amongst other challenges. Get in touch now - I'd love to hear from you.
I do not offer personality testing, court-assigned mediation, Diagnostic assessments or criminal profiling.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Psychologist (MBPsS) and hold MSc level degrees in Applied Psychology as well as Health Psychology and Social & Organisational Psychology. I previously worked for the Health Behaviour Research Centre at University College London and hold several scientific publications in my name. My passion for understanding the human psyche has lead me to take on further training in areas such as Neurolinguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I believe that one can never learn enough about what makes us human and apply this approach to the tools I use in private practice. As such, I am able to offer a bespoke client-centred approach that suits the individual, get in touch with me now to find out more in the free consultation.
