About me
HI, I'm Steve and I am ready and able to help and support you with your current issues, whether you suffer from depression, anxiety, stress or addiction, I can help you.
I have worked for many years with people who have found themselves struggling with the pressure and demand of a fast changing world or have become locked into thoughts and feelings of the past and who have become dependant on alternative, recreational substances or devices and behaviours, that have become 'their world'.
I have a level of understanding and knowledge that has been built on experience foremost, then qualified, recognised training, and consistent further on-going research, that has given me the ability to help and successfully support many individuals into a safe a stable life of happy recovery.
