I am a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor accredited with the National Counselling Society. People choose counselling for many reasons; feeling anxious, depressed, stressed or afraid. Sometimes people look to counselling for help with relationship problems, or after a bereavement or major change in their lives. Choosing to work with a counsellor means that you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space with a qualified professional.
I work in a warm and empathic way and you will be treated with dignity and respect. Taking the first step may not feel easy but counselling can help you lead a more fulfilling life in which you have a deeper insight and greater awareness of yourself so that you can start to envisage positive and realistic change. Regular sessions give you an opportunity to take the time to think about what is going on in your life without being judged or advised. I offer an initial free consultation lasting around 30 minutes to help you decide.
I offer short and long term counselling in a relaxed and comfortable space.
