About me
I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor, passionate about providing a secure, supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I work with adults from all walks of life, offering a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood.
With a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a First-Class Degree in Psychology, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my work. I’m a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring a professional and respectful therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy.
My counselling style is warm, empathetic and non-judgmental, grounded in the person centred approach which believes that you have the inner resources for growth and healing. I'm here to listen deeply, understand your perspective and support you without pressure or judgement. I respect individuality and will tailor each session to meet how you work best such as bringing in creative methods where useful. Whether you prefer to express yourself verbally or in other ways, my focus is on creating an accepting and confidential environment where you feel truly able to just be yourself.
What I can offer:
I offer flexible options to suit your needs - whether that's online via Google Meet or telephone, so you can access counselling in a way that fits your life and comfort, or face to face sessions in Tewkesbury - Gloucestershire, and Evesham - Worcestershire. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to your unique pace and goals. Whether you're new to counselling or have been before, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you find clarity, acceptance and hope. Together we can work on building practical coping skills, greater self awareness and resilience, helping you move towards a more positive and lasting change.
Who I work with:
I support adults from all backgrounds and life experiences who are looking to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low mood, life changes (such as loss, career change or relationship breakdowns), or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, develop greater understanding of yourself, and move towards self-acceptance and positive change.
Feel free to get in touch to arrange a free, no-obligation phone call. It's a chance to ask questions, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we'd be a good fit, without any pressure to book sessions.
Whenever you are ready, I'm here to listen.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
