About me

Sophie is passionate about helping people identify patterns in their lives and relationships that are preventing them from living a full life.

Through a collaborative process, Sophie helps clients develop new behaviours that will enhance their well-being.

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Sophie uses a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and other psychotherapy practices to assist clients with accomplishing their mental health goals.

Sophie’s guiding principles are compassion, respect and honesty.

Most of Sophie's work focuses on supporting clients with depression, anxiety, post-natal depression & anxiety and eating disorders.

She also helps clients seeking assistance with addiction, trauma symptoms, self-care, life enhancement, goal attainment and self-discovery.
