About me

I am passionate about helping people identify patterns in their lives and relationships that are preventing them from living a full life.

Through a collaborative process, I help clients develop new behaviours that will enhance their well-being.

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and other psychotherapy practices to assist clients with accomplishing their mental health goals. My guiding principles are compassion, respect and honesty.

Much of my work focuses on supporting clients with stress, depression, anxiety, addictions and eating disorders. I also work closely with neurodiverse clients to support them with emotional regulation, executive function and negative thoughts.

I also help clients seeking assistance with well-being, trauma symptoms, self-care, life enhancement, goal attainment and self-discovery.
