About me

I specialise in counselling for children, adolescents, and parents, helping families navigate the challenges of growing up in today’s world. Managing stresses of phones, social media, and school life to the emotional, behavioural, and social struggles that often arise during crucial stages of development, my work is centred around creating safe, supportive spaces for both young people and their parents. I also offer parents the opportunity to explore their own traumas and experiences that can affect family life, building resilience and understanding along the way. I believe everyone deserves compassionate support to face life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. Whether you’re seeking guidance with parenting, navigating stress, improving relationships, or simply looking for personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Further information

I specialise in supporting both parents and their children, with a particular focus on teenage development. My work is centred around helping families navigate the emotional, behavioural, and social challenges that often arise during these crucial stages of growth. I offer tailored guidance and support to:

  • Parents of young children and teens, helping them build stronger connections, manage challenging behaviours, and support their child’s emotional wellbeing.
  • Young children and teens directly providing a safe, understanding space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.

I currently work with young children and teenagers through Mind, where I support their mental health and emotional wellbeing through one-on-one sessions.
