Sonia T Piergiovanni
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I believe that each client is unique. For this reason I employ different therapeutic tools to suit each individual’s personal needs.
My working model combines diverse techniques that draw from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic theories.
I offer counselling in a warm, safe environment where your feelings, thoughts and emotions can be explored in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner. I work with adults and young people both short-term and long-term.
The initial session is used to establish if we can work together effectively. Whether we decide to continue on a short-term or open-ended basis, we would review your progress regularly.
I offer a FREE OF CHARGE initial assessment session.
I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative one, the two of us working side-by-side to develop a better understanding of yourself and your relationship with others. We will explore the repetitive patterns that maintain your psychological difficulties, and consider how personal change can take place.
Rather than providing you with answers, I will empower you to find your own solutions.
I am happy to have a no-obligation phone conversation to discuss our potentially working together.
