About me
Hi, I am Siobhon, and my approach is holistic and person-centred, integrating different counselling methods (Person centred, Cognitive behavioural Therapy & Psychodynamic Therapies) to suit my clients needs. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and this can also be integrated into the therapy. In my counselling sessions, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood, life can be overwhelming at times, and whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, lost, or simply in need of a space to explore your thoughts, I am here to help and support you. My counselling style is warm, empathetic and collaborative, I help my clients to gain self-awareness and develop new coping strategies.
I am a qualified level 5 Integrative counsellor and I work with adults and young people (16+). My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

- Supports navigating major life changes, relationships, and work-related stress.
I offer long-term/short term online and in-person sessions, allowing flexibility to suit your needs.
