About me

Hello I’m Siobhon, whatever has brought you here, I offer a calm, supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk things through, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on. My integrative approach means I draw upon CBT, Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapies which are tailored to each of my client’s individual needs. My counselling style is warm, empathetic and collaborative, and I help my clients to gain self-awareness and develop new coping strategies.

I am a qualified level 5 Integrative counsellor and I work with adults and young people (16+). My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

How can Therapy help?

Counselling can be effective in helping you:

  • Manage anxiety, stress, depression, and emotional difficulties.
  • Support personal growth, self-awareness, and resilience.
  • Assist you in processing past experiences and their impact on your present feelings.
  • Help you to develop coping strategies for challenging situations.
  • Improve self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being.
  • Supports navigating major life changes, relationships, and work-related stress.
  • Build confidence and improve self-worth.
  • Understand and express emotions, including anger.
  • Heal your relationship with your body and self-image.
  • Feel more in control, calm and connected.

Is this space right for you?

Clients often come to me when they:

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or low in confidence.
  • Are tired of second-guessing themselves or feeling “not enough.”
  • Struggle with body image, eating patterns, anger, or self-esteem.
  • Want a therapeutic space that’s real, supportive and non-clinical.

Are you looking for a more flexible, creative approach to therapy?

I also offer a unique, holistic way of working that supports the whole of you mind, body and self. Therapy with me doesn’t have to be just sitting in a chair and talking (although it can be). I bring together traditional counselling with yoga-informed therapy and make-up therapy, creating a space where you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

This means we might explore:

  • Talking therapy: a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgement.
  • Yoga-informed therapy: gentle, grounding practices to help calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body.
  • ·Make-up therapy: a creative and empowering way to explore self-image, confidence, and identity, especially when words don’t feel like enough.

I offer long-term/short term online, in-person sessions and before work allowing flexibility to suit your needs.   Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you at your own pace.  If you have any further questions I offer a free 15 minute call or contact me via email.
