About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with experience in supporting individuals who struggle with eating disorders and difficult relationships with food and body image. I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative and compassionate process, where clients feel truly heard and understood. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, using evidence-based techniques to help clients recognise and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses and behaviours related to eating, control, perfectionism and self-worth.
I adapt the therapeutic process to each person's unique story, pace and goals. I have experience working with emotional eating, binge eating, restrictive patterns, body image distress, and low self-esteem. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where change feels possible, and clients can explore difficulties without shame.
If that sounds right for you, please make contact for a 15-minute free telephone consultation.
