About me
I have many years experience as a therapist supporting families, adoptive families and carers', adolescents and children. As a mother and grandmother I bring many more years of life experience to our space, working with empathy and creatively. Focusing on your unique needs at a pace comfortable for you. My work is set in a deep passion for enabling others to feel seen and listened to. Being dyslexic, I truly understand what it is like not feeling heard or understood.
Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy providing a safe, imaginative creative space to process internal emotions which sometimes we struggle to access or perhaps make sense of.
Everyone is an individual and as such, dramatherapy enables each to access their own form of creative expression.
Please contact me for a chat If you feel I may be able to help.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
