About me
Listen, I know life can be messy, complex, and stressful. And it doesn’t come with a manual. One day you’re living carefree, and then next, you’re buried under the weight of stress, loss, and all the emotions you didn’t see coming.
Sometimes you’ll feel like you’re drowning. Like the pressures of life, and all the thoughts and emotions that come with it are overwhelming.
Maybe you feel like you’re barely keeping yourself afloat. Maybe you’re losing hope. Perhaps you even feel lost in the dark.
Counselling can be the light you’re looking for. A guide to help you move towards hope and healing.
As a counsellor, I’m not here to judge you, I’m here to listen. I’ll create a space for you that feels safe and non-judgemental, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
I haven’t always been a counsellor, but I’ve walked my own path throughout many challenges, so I understand how overwhelming it can feel. I’ve spent nearly a decade working with people facing trauma, attachment struggles, and emotional storms. Seeing how pain can weigh people down inspired me to do something about it.
I became a counsellor so that I could help people who feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported.
How I can help you
I see you. Not just the battles you are fighting, or the stress weighing you down, but the resilient person underneath it all. Together, we’ll dig deep, uncover what’s holding you back, and guide you towards a place where you can feel more like yourself again.
Your sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs. My practice is person-centred, which means I work in a client-lead way.
I’ve helped many people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. I’ve helped young people, parents, and carers.
I’ve helped people who are struggling with:
Trauma and grief that feels too heavy to carry alone.
Stress and burnout that drains your energy.
Loss of identity and attachment struggles.
Compassion fatigue that’s quietly stealing your joy,
Relationship challenges and personal battles.
As a counsellor, I want your sessions to feel safe, supportive, and meaningful.
Reaching out for help might feel daunting, but it’s a brave and hopeful step. So, let’s take it together. Your story isn’t over - it’s just beginning.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
