Dealing with life events either from the past or here and now can, at times be overwhelming. Within a warm, safe and welcoming environment I provide confidential emotional support.
Counselling is an opportunity to explore your situation and help you work towards making the changes necessary to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
If you are considering coming for counselling, essential to success is that we can work together and that you choose the right type and style of counselling for you. I, therefore, offer a 1/2 hour first session at a reduced rate for us to discuss your needs.
