About me

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn — and even getting to this point can feel like a lot.

When we work together, you’ll have a space where you can talk openly and feel heard, without fear of judgment. We’ll go at your pace, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to start — we can figure that out together.

I work integratively, which means I adapt how we work to suit you. At times, we may explore patterns from the past, and at others focus on what’s happening for you right now and how to manage it.

You might be struggling with anxiety, stress, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, or men’s mental health. Whatever you’re facing, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and acceptance.

Sessions are available in person and online, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

We’ll start with a free 15-minute call, giving you the chance to ask any questions and get a sense of me — and whether working together feels right for you.

There’s no pressure, just a space to begin.
