About me
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, loss, or simply feeling stuck? It can be hard to open up to friends or family, or you may feel like a burden. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you better understand yourself, gain new perspectives, and find a way forward with more clarity and confidence.
As a Pluralistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I tailor my approach to you. My work is based on Person-Centered Therapy, meaning you are at the heart of the process. I also draw from CBT for practical strategies and Psychodynamic Therapy to gently explore how your past may be shaping your present.
Taking that first step into therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn next, I’d love to hear from you and explore how we can work together.
