About me
Working online and in person, I offer a calm and confidential space where you can speak freely and begin to make sense of what you are carrying.
I have experience supporting adults with concerns including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and major life changes. I support people experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout and depression - often overlapping challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected. My practice draws on gentle, evidence-based approaches to calm your nervous system, restore balance and help you regain a sense of inner steadiness.
My motto, ‘Unlock your potential, ignite your spark’, lies at the heart of my practice. I help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel quiet, hidden or weighed down, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and calm.
My approach is warm, steady and deeply soothing. I offer a calm space where you can slow down, breathe and explore what lies beneath anxiety, stress, burnout or depression. Together, we gently unravel the pressures, beliefs and emotional patterns that keep you stuck, and develop ways of coping that feel supportive rather than demanding.
Clients often say they leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer and more in control - not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because they have space to understand themselves, regulate their emotions and move forward with clarity. If you are seeking relief, steadiness, and a sense of coming home to yourself, you are in the right place.
I am here to help you create meaningful, lasting change by unlocking your potential and reigniting your spark.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes.
