About me
I offer a range of therapies adapted for the neurodiverse population, whether you are autistic or have ADHD. I am myself and autistic Clinical Psychologist and am passionate about offering tailored support to others who are also neurodiverse.
The main therapies I practice are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I will work with adults nationwide online, or for those local to Newport South Wales, face to face.
As an autistic adult myself, and mother to two neurospicy children, I have lived experience in addition to my professional training and experience of working with neurodiverse clients. Whether you are Autistic, have ADHD, or any form of neurodiversity I will tailor therapy to suit your differences and your strengths. It is not necessary to have a diagnosis.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Cardiff University, which is a Level 1 CBT accredited programme. I have experience working across the lifespan and in working with Learning Disabilities, health conditions including Cancer and Diabetes, and in working in a adult Integrated Autism Service conducting diagnostic assessments and delivering individual and group therapy. I currently work in a children's neurodevelopmental team.
In addition to my professional training I have personal experience of Autism, ADHD and fibromyalgia.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
