About me
My name is Sarah Gibson, welcome to my page. I am a qualified counsellor through the NCPS. The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I have worked within mental health for around 15 years, and I am also a counselling tutor, that delivers counselling skills. I offer an affordable counselling, as I believe everyone should be able to access this support if and when needed. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to make sure I am the right counsellor for you.
I am a qualified counsellor based in Wolverhampton, offering both face-to-face and online sessions to support individuals through life's challenges. I hold my qualification through the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and have experience working with adults in both the charity and private sectors. I provide a safe environment that encourages creative thinking, where my warm and empathetic approach values individuality and diversity, focusing on understanding you as a whole person.

I am a private tutor, and I deliver a level two counselling qualification. I have trained for my Diploma through Key Counselling in Birmingham. I have also completed CPD's in Mental Health and Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Managing Anxiety and Depression, and imposter syndrome. I am someone who is open, and really cares about supporting clients with what is really going on for you without any judgement.
