About me

I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate therapy service. I can provide you with the space to share openly about your thoughts and feelings, to process and understand your past experiences and work on any current issues that are impacting your personal development and well being. 

I work with Neurodivergent people, self identified or diagnosed. I offer counselling with lived experience and a neurodivergent lens as I am autistic and ADHD myself.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a registered accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. 
  • I have a background in nursing and have many years of experience working in therapeutic relationships with people. 
  • I have worked in a neuroaffirming company providing peer mentoring and counselling to neurodivergent clients for the last 2 years. 
  • I also have experience working within the autism and ADHD assessment multidisciplinary team. 
  • I have experience in bereavement counselling and counselling cancer patients and their relatives. 
  • I am also a qualified hypnotherapist and yoga teacher and can bring emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, meditation, mindfulness and breath-work practices into sessions where appropriate. 
  • I can offer support with: identity, unmasking, relationships, life changes, loss, low mood, anxiety, stress, personal development, work issues, difficult life experiences and more.
