About me
I recognise that life can throw up many challenges which sometimes prove difficult to navigate. As a counsellor, I aim to support individuals through such challenging times. In doing so, I put the client at the heart of the counselling process, adopting an inclusive and respectful approach to their experiences and needs.
I use a pluralistic approach underpinned by humanistic principles, recognising ‘one size does not fit all.’
I believe providing a non-judgemental, open and safe space for clients is the key to a productive therapeutic relationship.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold Professional Diplomas in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice and Hypnotherapy.
I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
