About me
I am an accredited psychotherapist and Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (membership number NCS21-02141). If you're experiencing anxiety or challenges with self esteem, work, relationships, parenthood, or depression, I invite you to get in touch.
I see clients at the Bonnington Centre in Vauxhall in the evenings and in a comfortable, private setting in my home from 10am–5pm, as well as online. I work in a pluralistic way, meaning I use person-centred and psychodynamic approaches depending on what suits each client.
I work with clients on issues including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Anger
- Addiction
- Loss
- Relationship problems
- Preparing to be, or being, a parent
- Childhood experiences and traumas
- Personal growth
- Work and career issues
I offer a 15 minute introductory call and I don't charge a fee for this. This is an opportunity to see whether I would be a good choice of therapist for you, and explore how I work, as well as to ask any questions you have about what to expect from psychotherapy.

Further information
I am a pluralistic psychotherapist. My work with clients draws from various approaches depending on what works best for you. I draw most frequently on psychodynamic and person-centred psychotherapy, as well as transactional analysis. Other approaches I may draw from include Gestalt and CBT. My work is grounded in person-centred psychotherapy.
I retrained as a psychotherapist after a decade working in early years, health and mental health policy. My early years work in particular has made a profound impression on me - our earliest years shape us, and unresolved childhood emotions, beliefs and behaviours frequently show up in our daily lives.
