About me

I have over 15 years experience treating symptoms of trauma, anxiety and depression. My aim is to offer a personalised assessment session followed by a structured treatment plan to help you get back on track.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologists who is registered by the Health and Care Professions Council, this means that I have attained the highest level of training within Clinical Psychology, and uphold professional and ethical values of respect, competence, responsibility and integrity.

I provide integrative psychological therapies including EMDR, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness.
