About me

I offer remote video link therapy in line with current guidelines.

Life can often be difficult and sometimes it is hard to find a way forwards alone. Often people turn to Clinical Psychologists to help with difficulties that are threatening their emotional wellbeing.

I work within Aire Valley Psychology which is a small independent psychology practice offering assessment and psychological therapy to adults. I also provide expert witness services and supervision to other therapists.

I am registered with a range of insurance companies including BUPA, AXAPPP, Aviva, WPA and Healix.

Aire Valley Psychology aim to offer both daytime and evening appointments within 5 working days at our discreet and comfortable therapy rooms within Cottingley Consulting Rooms. We can also offer appointments via telephone or secure internet call.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologists who is registered by the Health and Care Professions Council, this means that I have attained the highest level of training within Clinical Psychology, and uphold professional and ethical values of respect, competence, responsibility and integrity.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
