Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow

About me

I have over 18 years of experience treating symptoms of trauma, anxiety and depression in both adults and children. My aim is to offer a personalised assessment session followed by a structured treatment plan to help you get back on track. I regularly work with ADHD and Autism.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the highest level of training in mental health. I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

I provide integrative psychological therapies, including EMDR, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness, across the lifespan for adults and children. I frequently treat individuals with Autism and ADHD and am confident adapting models for neurodiversity. I offer a limited number of Neurodiversity assessments each month and provide supervision to fellow mental health professionals.

I would love to hear from you. I offer a brief phone call before arranging sessions to help you decide if I am a good fit.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
