Lots of people access therapy for a variety of different reasons. You may have an area of your life that you are keen to explore, or perhaps you are less sure and that's ok too. Often the therapeutic relationship can offer new perspectives, experiences and awareness - perhaps new potentials or the rediscovery of something 'lost'. We are all unique I will work with you in a way that honours your experiences and respects you as an individual - supporting you to find your own direction and resources.
Finding a therapist that feels right for you is important, so I offer a free initial appointment (for up to 1 hour) with no obligation, so that we can meet and get a sense of how we might work together.
I offer both long and short term work on a one to one basis for adults and young people.
My therapy room is located on Mapperley Top and there is ample free parking less than 50 yards away. It is also easily accessible via bus.
I welcome any enquiries and am very happy to try and answer any questions you might have. If I am unable to provide a service that feels right for you I might be able to offer you information on alternative services.
