MBACP 18+ Anxiety | Depression | Anger | Fertility

About me

Are you that person who is holding it together on the outside but struggling to control worry, anxiety, anger, depression or stress? Are you struggling with fertility or the challenges of new parenthood? Are you craving a good night's sleep but the spiralling thoughts are winning and robbing your peace. Do you feel your heart racing, a sense of impending doom and constant sickness in the pit of your stomach?

I'm a therapist who is straight talking and passionate about helping clients make their desired changes. I provide a space where you can let it all out - no filters required - imagine the relief opening up will allow you to feel.

Imagine being able to control your spiralling thoughts and constant worry. Imagine getting relief from your critical voice that keeps shaming you into thinking everything you do is wrong.

From “I can’t do this anymore” to “I feel like myself again”- that's the shift my clients experience.

Client issues I work with

I work with people who are struggling to manage worry, anxiety, anger, depression, low self -esteem, stress and relationship difficulties. My clients have reported being relieved when they realise their automatic ways of repeating cycles can be changed.

Imagine living the life you want without second guessing every move, without fear, guilt or shame.

I specialise in helping those with fertility issues, the highs and lows (or just lows!) of new parenthood, or anxiety and depression that’s taken over your life. I help you stop just coping and start genuinely feeling like you're living your life again.

How I work

I listen to your story and work out with you, what you need. I use a variety of therapy models, and like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it gives you practical tools that create real change. We’ll identify the thought patterns keeping you stuck, challenge the beliefs that fuel your anxiety, and build coping strategies you can use between sessions. This isn’t just talk therapy- you’ll leave with techniques that actually help you manage the hard moments.

What to expect
Sessions follow your pace-some days we focus on practical coping techniques, other days we simply make space for what’s hard. You won’t just talk; you’ll build skills that create real shifts in how you feel between sessions. My approach is warm, direct, and free of judgment, you can share the thoughts you’ve never spoken aloud and I'll be there.

Some of my clients have been happy with changes they have made in 6 sessions, some have continued to work with me for a longer period.

Get in touch for my availability- currently I am available some evenings after 7pm and all day Friday.

Ready to start? Book a free 20-minute consultation by emailing me, to see if we’re a good fit. We will discuss what brought you to seek therapy, how I work and if that aligns with what you want.
