BSc. Dip CBT and Groupwork, MCOSCA Counsellor

About me

If you’re feeling weighed down by life’s challenges, you’re not alone. As a qualified counsellor in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), based in Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77, I can work with you to find clarity, build confidence and take back control of your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, phobias, panic or work-related stress, CBT can help you break free from unhelpful thoughts and develop a more balanced way of thinking and coping.

I believe everyone has the capacity for change. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood and empowered with practical tools you can use well beyond our sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified CBT therapist supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I am a registered counsellor member of COSCA (Scotland’s professional body for counselling and psychotherapy). My approach is warm, non-judgemental and collaborative.
