About me

Counselling that gives you space to be heard, understood, and yourself
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, stuck, or simply not quite yourself. Maybe you've been carrying things for a long time and don't know where to start. You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to counselling.

I'm a Person-Centred Counsellor offering online and in-person sessions. I provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, talk openly, and explore what's bringing you to counselling.

My role isn't to tell you what to do or give you a list of solutions. Instead, I'll listen carefully and work alongside you, helping you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

You don't need to put on a brave face or find the perfect words. You can bring whatever you're experiencing, including the parts that feel confusing, painful or difficult to explain.

You might come to counselling because you're experiencing anxiety or low mood, struggling with relationships, going through a difficult period, or facing change. Or perhaps you simply feel that something needs to change.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I believe that feeling genuinely heard and accepted can be powerful in itself. I'll offer you space to understand yourself more deeply, explore what you need, and consider what feels right for you.

You don't need to be in crisis to seek counselling. If you're wondering whether counselling might be right for you, you're welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
