About me
Hello, I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor practicing since 2007, firstly in Australia and now in Southend-on-Sea and Westcliff-on-Sea. I offer face to face sessions in Westcliff-on-Sea and on-line sessions for those unable to travel.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling relationship in which you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you distress.
I am a Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society whose register has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Registers programme.
My approach is integrative and incorporates cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy and person centred. That said, it is important that my approach works for you, this will be explored before we commence our relationship.

I also offer professional supervision and support to other professionals including managers, team leaders and front-line case workers.
Home visits are subject to negotiation.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer low rates for students (18 or older), trainee counsellors and those on low incomes.
Payment is made prior to each session. I accept cash or direct deposit.
