Hello, I am a qualified counsellor practicing since 2007, firstly in Australia and now in Southend-on-Sea. I offer face to face sessions in Southend-on-Sea and on-line sessions unable to travel.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling relationship in which you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you distress.
I am a Registrant member of the National Counselling Society whose register has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Registers programme.
My approach is integrative and incorporates cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy and person centred. That said, it is important that my approach works for you, this will be explored before we commence our relationship.
I work with clients short and long term depending on your needs.
My areas of practice are:
- Bereavement and loss
- Burn out
- Stress management
- Transition to retirement
