About me

I specialise in offering Clinical Psychology services to children, teenagers and families. Are you a concerned parent of a child or teen grappling with their emotional, behavioural, or mental well-being? Do you recognise any of these challenges in your child? Persistent worry and preoccupation, a noticeable shift from their usual joyful self, a reluctance to engage in activities they once enjoyed, frequent excuses overshadowing enthusiasm, puzzling changes in their behaviour, heightened sensitivity and emotional reactions. If you're struggling to find effective ways to help, if your well-intentioned efforts, such as talking to them, providing reassurance or encouragement, seem to lead to dead ends, I'm here to assist.

Training, qualifications & experience

As a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I specialise in working with children, teens, and parents, both individually and collectively. I tailor my approach to your specific needs, ensuring that the strategies we employ are best suited to your unique challenges to alleviate distress and chart a positive path forward.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
