About me

Do you ever feel lost and confused, lonely and uncertain about the direction you are taking in life? Or perhaps you are currently going through a tough time in your life and find difficult to talk to anyone about it, leaving you feeling alone or isolated?

I am a warm, open and empathic Qualified Person-Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist who offers you with a safe and honest space. In my own experience, feeling heard and seen -perhaps for the very first time in your life- has a powerful effect. As a Person-Centred counsellor I strongly believe that the relationship 'is the therapy' or, in other words, the quality of the relationship is essential for effective results and this is the belief that underpins my practice.

I am led by your unique needs as I trust that, given the right environment, you hold the answers to your own growth. Therefore, I am not here to diagnose and externally fix your problems, but to listen and explore what is going on internally within you.

Our work together may facilitate the development of your self-awareness and sense of self, thus changes may occur leaving you with an improved feeling of well-being and a more confident and empowered you.

It will be my utter privileged to accompany you on this journey towards change and growth to live the life you really want to live and fulfil your unique potential in life.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
