About me

I am passionate about positive emotional wellbeing after being on a journey of my own (as we all are). I believe that through access to constructive,  evidence based therapy we can work together to improve how you feel.

I know coming to therapy can be difficult and sometimes scary so I want to welcome you and let you know I'll try my best to put you at ease. We can take it step by step together.

I love my job. I find it a huge honour to be trusted with people's stories and to be part of supporting them to work towards better emotional wellbeing.

WHAT I TREAT

I treat anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, feeling sad, social anxiety, low self confidence, stress and trauma among many other difficulties. I am a qualified CBT and EMDR therapist.

SESSIONS

A session is 1hr Video call for CBT. We will explore the issues that are currently troubling you and think about your goals for therapy. Then we will create a therapy plan together to develop and test out tools to reduce your symptoms.

CONTACT ME

Please email me with any questions or concerns, I will try to help.
