When I work
I am flexible in terms of the times I offer. I have sapces during the day and I also offer evening appointments.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I work with people who want to develop greater self-awareness , and find deeper meaning in their lives.Therapy can help you to understand how the past shapes the present, influencing how you relate to yourself and others. It will help you to acquire new understanding, increase your self-awareness, enabling you to make changes and choices for life. Eemotial difficulties can manifest as depression, anxiety , making one aware that something in their life is not as it should be.
