About me

I am an NCPS registered counsellor specialising in working with adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking and stress-related overwhelm.

Many people I work with describe feeling constantly on edge, finding it difficult to switch off, or becoming caught in cycles of worry and over-analysis. Although life may appear manageable on the outside, internally it can feel exhausting to maintain that level of tension.

I offer a calm, structured and supportive space where we can explore what is driving the anxiety and begin to break the patterns that keep it active. My approach is practical and focused, helping clients develop a clearer understanding of their anxiety while building tools to regulate their nervous system and respond differently to stressful situations.

I typically work within a structured framework of around 8–12 sessions, providing focused support with a clear direction and purpose.

Sessions are held online and last 50 minutes.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

My training is in integrative counselling, which allows me to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the client. My work with clients experiencing anxiety is informed by approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy and nervous system regulation techniques.

I have experience supporting adults experiencing anxiety, persistent overthinking and stress-related overwhelm. My work focuses on helping clients understand the patterns underlying their anxiety while developing practical strategies to restore calm, clarity and emotional balance.

I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision in line with professional standards.
