About me
About Me
Hi, I’m Paul, a qualified and experienced counsellor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges. If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or relationship issues, or if you’re dealing with depression, trauma, or grief, I’m here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions.
I understand how anxiety can impact every area of life, from decision-making to personal relationships. My approach is focused on helping you regain control and balance, reducing the overwhelming feelings that come with anxiety and stress, and guiding you towards emotional well-being.
As an integrative therapist, I adapt my methods to suit your unique needs. Drawing on person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and mindfulness strategies, I tailor my approach to help you gain insight, cope with challenges, and develop the tools to manage anxiety and other emotional concerns.
How I Can Help
I offer support for:
- Anxiety and stress management
- Depression
- Trauma
- Grief and bereavement, including loss via suicide
- Life transitions and personal growth
- Relationship challenges
Through our sessions, we’ll work together to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life. Clients often find that after therapy, they experience improved emotional balance and an increased sense of clarity.
Therapeutic Approach
As an integrative therapist, I offer a flexible, tailored approach. This means I incorporate a mix of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioural strategies to help you manage anxiety, and person-centred therapy to guide you through deeper emotional exploration.
