About me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in Finchley, North London, with extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults across a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, without pressure or judgment.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like a big thing. Whether you are a parent worried about your child, a young person finding things difficult, or an adult carrying something that is affecting your life, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage, and I am here to make that first step as straightforward as possible.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have extensive experience working with neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism), eating difficulties, and self-harm across all age groups.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and distressing memories. I offer EMDR alongside my integrative psychotherapeutic approach to adults/ young adults.
I hold a Master's Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling awarded by Terapia (In conjunction with Middlesex University) and a BSc in Psychology from City University. My degrees and training are fully accredited by the UKCP.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I believe that no two people are the same and that good therapy should reflect that. Rather than applying a single, fixed model, I draw on a range of therapeutic frameworks to create an approach tailored specifically to you.
For adults and young adults, I work relationally and collaboratively, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and attachment-based approaches, as well as EMDR. Together, we explore what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and how to move towards it at a pace that feels manageable and right for you.
For children and young people, I use a wide range of creative approaches alongside talking, including play, art, sandtray, storytelling, and clay work. Young people often express themselves most naturally through doing rather than talking, and I follow their lead, creating a space where they feel safe, accepted, and understood.
I also offer Reflective Parenting sessions that support parents in developing a greater understanding of their child's emotional world and strengthening the parent-child relationship.
