About me

If you've never had counselling before it can be difficult to make the first step to reach out for help.

I have found that my clients found an introductory phone conversation with me helps them decide whether we could be a good match. There's no pressure, it's just a chat to get to know each other, for you to tell me what has brought you to counselling and for me to tell you a bit about myself and how counselling might work for you.

I work with people who suffer from anxiety ,trauma, grief and depression but whatever you are experiencing at the moment we can discuss over the phone.

I also work with people who wish to explore the impact Boarding School had on their childhood and how it impacts their adult behaviour. It is never to late to make changes which can lead to a happier life.

I will listen to you without judgement and with empathy and together we will create a space where you can speak openly and honestly about how you feel and unburden yourself of all those things going round in your head.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience of working with people presenting with a variety of issues including anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem and life changing events such as illness, domestic abuse, caring commitments and loss. I am a registered member of the National Counselling Society.

I am an integrative Counsellor with SEG Awards Level 3 Diploma and SEG Awards Level 4 Diploma.

I appreciate how important it is to find a counsellor that you can trust and connect with. If you feel that now is the time to take those steps towards a happier future for yourself and want to work with an empathic counsellor that puts your well -being at the heart of their practice, please feel free to give me a call.
